  The double bed was of terrible, saggy quality, the top bunk was unusable due to a loose ladder and insufferable squeaking bed frame holding a mattress made of what seemed to be bricks. The person who was then meant to sleep on the 'brick' mattress had to sleep on the floor as it turned out to be more comfortable. After discovering our disappointing room, a lady greeted us and told us to check the room next door, a room which had a double bed and a locked doorway into our replacement. She then explained that for an extra $100 we could have the second room (a room which seemed to join ours anyway). It seemed that we ended up paying $125 for a room that would normally cost

  Great aspect as only motel to overlook the Lakes. Can walk to everything. Rooms spacious and clean. Hosts Good. We initially had a problem with doubled up bookings due to previous Landlord but it was sorted out ok for us.

  This was the worst motel I've stayed in. It had cobwebs specially in the bathroom window, the room was dusty. When we first entered the room, I checked the bathroom and it smelled like someone had just got in, it was very obvious that the bathroom was only wiped down after the previous people had used it, there was not any disinfectant used at all. The toilet had only been flushed, it was still dirty from previous people. I was so disgusted by the condition of the room that we didn't even used anybody their utensils to make our selves a coffee.

  Booked a 2 bedroom family apartment for $125/night. When we got there we were informed that our room was already taken, and that we could have a one bedroom apartment instead. We were told the place was pretty booked out - we later found that was not true when only 2 other cars were in the parking lot that night.Our replacement room had one double bed with a single bunk on top and another single bed in the corner. Keep in mind the booking was for 2 couples/4 adults.

  Motel was showing it's age but generally clean and comfortable despite being a little basic. Aircon was difficult to work and TV remote would only register if held close to the TV. Room was of a comfortable size and the private balcony overlooking the water was nice. Only a short drive to the shops. There's no in-room information pack, so you'll have to research local attractions/dining yourself or wander about to find something.

  This morning I got up to have a shower and there was not hot water. I had a cold shower.
