  The apartment itself has serious safety issues to kids as well. Stairs are very high and I can image what would happen if my 2 year old fell from there. There is another stairs to the 2nd floor of which armrest has very big gap and any 3 year old might fell down from the gap.

  Just OK. We pay a very high rate for what we actually got. Just a standard room, and room service did not make the bed properly. Carpet was dirty. Wouldn't come back again.

  Bellevue over looks the water. Lovely clean and modern feel! Indoor and outdoor pool with private jetty. Great customer service. Big rooms. Huge table/desk space. Love the bellevue.

  I wish I could give it -1 star. The 3 bedroom apartment by the street suffers noise issue from the ground floor restaurant. The restaurant plays heavy music until 12am at night and you can hear it loudly and clearly. Make a complaint and they keep saying they are about to finish.

  It’s better to sleep in the street with your kids rather than staying in this restaurant.

  Great location. Just in front of the best restaurants in Lakes Entrance. The hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay walking distance to cafes and shops. Hotel rooms are impeccable and spacious for small families, 3 or 4 members. Staff was very friendly and recommended great activities for our whole stay.
