  Food at the RSL club was very good value for money, the staff were very nice &friendly.

  I had the calamari with chips and salad. Calamari was tasteless. You would think, being so close to the sea, that it would be cooked fresh, not frozen. Chips were dry. Salad was drowned in dressing. Staff were rude and condescending.

  Great food at a reasonable price. We often 'do' lunch here and the Chinese is very tasty. Make sure that you go there 'hungry' or you may struggle to eat it all LOL

  A note to the bistro staff: if you are going to stand around and complain about your workplace, and run down co-workers, don't do it at the front counter where all your patrons can hear.

  Over the past eight years my family and I have stayed at the RSL Lakes Entrance annually and on occasion twice yearly. The accommodation is excellent and cleaned daily with professional staff which are friendly and easily approachable, The restaurant is comfortable; spacious and the food is delicious. Costings per room is matched for the budget conscious person/family. I look forward to our stays at the RSL to get away from Melbourne Stressful livings and just lay back and relax; read books or go fishing; there is also plenty of local tourist sights for the weary traveller. Blessings to all staff at the RSL and O look forward to our next visit.
