  Never returning back to this motel. Worst customer service ive ever come across so rude. Made a booking months ago only to drive 4 hours to get to lakes and then told us room wasnt available and to look for other accommodation. So with 4 toddler's and 2 familys we had to go searching for last min accommodation. Didnt even have tbe decency to let us know before hand. Lucky hayfield apartments had rooms and were so welcoming and way better rooms and for a better price. With cleaner rooms better pool and wifi !!! They def lost customers for life even though we had gone there in the past never will i give that place another cent .. not even an apology disgusting. And what professional businesses reply back to there guests in such a rude manner getting defensive when all we are doing is saying the truth.

  Telling people to basically go back to there own country and dont visit Australia if there not happy with there dodgy motel??? Come on seriously thats out of line.... learn some people skills and take that stick.out of your ass your not better then anyone else...your actually losing business but you obviously dont care because your attitude is appalling especially the wife who looks like shrek!!

  Middle of the main street, close to the restaurants, Woolworth and good CS... Reasonable room rates
