  This resort was disappointing to say the least. We booked a two bed and also had friends with us that also booked a two bed. Our fridge was not working would not cool anything. we bought ice cream and put it in the freezer and when removing them found that they were unfrozen also our cheese and milk needed to be chucked out. Rubbish from previous people was left in the bins and not changed. The resort also has no security what so ever with people having access to the pools and elevators without a security card. Our friends toilet would not flush and there room tv was on the floor. When asked to be changed rooms because of these problems where told that they were fully booked and could not help them. The stench from the bins downstairs was revolting seemed like they had never been cleaned. Also if you have little kids you have to watch out for the windows as they don’t have fly screens or any security so when you open them a young kid could easily jump out. I was in the fourth floor and had to keep them shut at all times for the safety of my kids. I have stayed in a lot of resorts and this by far was the worst.

  Guest Rooms were good but the service was average. Website doesn't mention that the restaurant is currently closed. The spa and the pools are great. Great location.

  The esplanade resort and spa is an amazing palce to stay! The rooms are very neat and have everything you would need.

  Very comfortable with great views. Unfortunately no restaurant at this time but the facilities are here.

  2 pools and a spa which was very popular today due to the warm weather.
