    I brought a finished prescription away on holidays by mistake for my blood pressure medication, I must take this medication every day to keep my bp down. I called into this chemist and asked if my doctor could fax a new prescription through and send the original in the mail, the chemist was rude and basically said "bad luck" !

    What a very poor excuse for a NDSS pharmacy. Could NOT sell me needles and test strips simply because they did not have an internet connection. Absolutely livid. Will be phoning NDSS next Monday 7th March and Amcal head office. A waste of space on the planet I'm afraid. The vacuous looks on their faces said everything in one second!
