  Top class accommodation. I scored a few brownie points with my brother in law and wife for choosing this holiday house. It’s a brand new house, I love everything about this house, very spacious, I believe Tim has put a lot of effort designing this house, I love the Kitchen setting, there are so many kitchen utensils, a BBQ with range hood on the deck plus a sink, etc. There are so many things about this house that I can go on and on, it’s exactly the way he described it on this site. It has a good internet reception. It’s very practical and close to all amenities, walking distance to the beach and in a very quiet street. Tim is a great host and very flexible with the check in and check out, he made sure that everything was alright and was only a phone call away.

  The best experience of holiday house, stay 8 nights from Christmas Eve to New Year Day. The house is nice and tidy, with lots of kitchen tools. Great location, can walk to shops and beach. Will recommend to everyone and will definitely back again.

  Fabulous!! This truly is what a holiday house should be. It was beautifully decorated and furnished for a large group of people. We had 5 adults and 4 kids when we stayed and everyone loved it. Every room and area was well presented and clean, with plenty of spare towels, sheets and blankets. The Kitchen was amazing, with more than enough appliances, cutlery and utensils etc to cook up a feast for a large group. The deck area was great, especially the BBQ. Nice quiet street close to the shops and the beach made for lovely walks. The owner Tim was very helpful, everything was well explained for our check in and checkout, and his contact and extra information leading up to our stay was a nice change. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. For the price and location its by far one of the best holiday house you'll ever find.

  As they say, first impressions last, and we will definitely be coming back to the Lakes Beach House to stay from now on. The house was so clean, everything you needed was provided for. There was nothing we had to worry about. the clean bed sheets, the abundant supply of bath towels, and did I mention the space!! There were 6 of us in total and everyone had their space, we weren't on top of each other. It was a relaxing place to unwind..... We have stayed at many accommodation places and they do not compare to this place. We will definitely be coming and staying here from now on. And what was really convenient is that you are dealing directly with the owner, Tim, who was very obliging and forthcoming on all the information we needed to know, so thank you Tim on making a beautiful home for us to enjoy our holiday.

  Highly recommend this place. Lovely, clean and spacious house. Great for families. Close to shops. Owners were great.
